These terms govern your use of this website and of the services provided by iFix Green Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”), a solar energy company registered in Sri Lanka, based in Pettah, Mannar. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

• A quotation becomes binding only when we issue it in writing (including by email or messaging) and both parties agree to it.
• System output depends on factors outside our control, including sunlight, shading, roof structure, grid availability, your electricity usage and the condition of existing equipment.
• Work is carried out on the basis of the agreed quotation and any applicable equipment warranties, which are supplied by the equipment manufacturers.

3. Payments and scheduling

Payment terms, stages and installation or service dates are those stated in your agreed quotation or work order. Site access, safe working conditions and any approvals required from the grid or from a property owner are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, logos and videos — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent.

5. Our social media accounts

We publish our own photographs and videos of installations, maintenance work and completed projects to our own company accounts on social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. When we publish, we do not disclose the customer's name or address. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Links to other sites

This website links to third-party services, such as maps, messaging apps and social media platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on general information published on it, or from interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under an agreed warranty or under Sri Lankan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
