This policy explains what information iFix Green Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a solar energy company registered in Sri Lanka, based in Pettah, Mannar.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, site or property location, and details about the solar system you are interested in, when you contact us through the website, by phone, by WhatsApp, or by email.
• Project and service records — for customers, the details needed to design, install, service and maintain your system, including system specifications, installation dates and service history.
• Technical information — standard server records (such as the pages requested and the date of the request) created by our hosting provider when the website is visited. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To design, install, service, maintain and support your solar system.
• To keep the records we are required to keep for warranty, service and accounting purposes.
• To contact you about your enquiry, your system, or your service appointments.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver the work you have asked for — for example with our own technicians and installation teams, or with an equipment supplier for a warranty claim — or where the law requires it.

4. Our social media accounts

We publish our own photographs and videos of installations, maintenance work and projects to our own company accounts on social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This is our own content, published from our own accounts. We do not use these platforms to collect information about visitors, and we do not receive personal information about other users from them. The platform's own privacy policy applies to your use of that platform. Where a customer's property appears, we do not publish the customer's name or address.

5. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests a font file from Google's servers; Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and project records as long as needed for the work, for warranty and service support, and as required by Sri Lankan accounting and tax rules. We restrict access to those records to staff who need them, and we take reasonable technical and organisational care to protect them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

Our services are for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be described on this page.
